McKeigh, Executive Vice President of Corporate Operation Affairs for McCaughrin Maritime Global - Malta announced today that MMMSI and Its subsidiary's are in talks with China based COSCO Container Lines: cosco.cn/ About COSCO moving some of MMMU 20' Containers on its Western Swing From China to Long Beach, California with its owns Container BIC codes MMMU.
Ms. McKeigh said that MMMSI Board of Directors, (BOD) are looking at a long term deal which called for the next 15 years where COSCO to handle MMMU 20' Sea container from Western Seaports of Dalian, and Dangdong, China to Western region of Long Beach, California.
COSCO hicup to MMMSI is to secure high percentage of containers to make worth their while to COSCO since their ships take large percentage of competitors container in the 45' size Vs McCaughrtin Maritime 20' containers to market place per year under the MMMU.

MMMSI Board of Directors got a lengthy phone called from Mr. Brian R. McCaughrin, Founder, President & Owner of McCaughrin Maritime Global McCaughrin Maritime Marine Systems Inc., McCaughrin International Air Cargo Inc., (MIACI) about his Future with "The Corporation". .
MMMSI Board said Mr. McCaughrin has to meet with each of the ten, (10) doctors on or December 16, 2016 on battery of tests that will be performed at Garden City Hospital Sport & Rehabilitation Center before any of them will decide If and When Mr. McCaughrin can come back or Not.
All of Doctors voted 100% and said they would rather see Mr. McCaughrin also retire from MMMSI and his other various Association would be adding any stress of Mr. McCaughrin job schedule could set Mr. McCaughrin back into the same type of accident again and this next time be in full time wheelchair.(*)
Mr. McCaughrin, (*) answer to 10 Doctors was, Well Gentleman you also said back in 2015 you all highly doubted I ever walk again due to my long term injury's and over time prove to you all wrong even those it took 3 yrs and 11 month to accomplished it was worth it to see if i could really do it. MMMSI is my life breath and sight I will continue to work toward the best I can be with what I have to work with and with more Executives taking over that -50% reduced stress off my back I can work on developing program for the companies, these executives done great job now don't want to screw up a well oil machine as they say!
Mr. McCaughrin assured the MMMSI Board I am looking at Returning back to McCaughrin Maritime on or Before January 2, 2017 / 4 years since my slip and fall accident. on Mr. McCaughrin property on January 2, 2014.

MMMSI Board of Directors Announced that the Foreign Overseas Bulk Subsidiary's, (FOBS) Elected New President, for All Seven, (7) Divisions, announced Its Fourth, (4th) Straight quarterly profit of $1.1Billion dollar for the Third, (3rd) Quarter 2016, & Invitation into Country of Cambodia, More Chartering for explosive growth in both the Atlantic / & Pacific Division.
MMMSI Board of Directors Congratulation Ms. Elizabeth G. McKeigh, Newly Elected, New President of Foreign Overseas Bulk Subsidiary, (FOBS), plus Ms. McKeigh, also will be President of McCaughrin Maritime Global - Med, and McCaughrin Maritime Global - UAE.
Ms. McKeigh, Announced a rocking Third, (3rd) Quarter that was met with tough challenges, demanding schedule changes and terrible weather condition in two, (2) region of the world to combat waiting for better weather to come in and dock so docking faciliites could unload and reload with minimal dockage cost that set us back weeks in waiting offshore.
In the many years I, have worked for Mr. Brian R. McCaughrin, Founder, President & Owner of McCaughrin Maritime, I, have been in a lot of global difficult situation where I, had to call on Mr. McCaughrin, sometime in the middle of the night, on what to do. Mr. McCaughrin, in a very calm voice would say, Well Ms. Elizabeth, How are ya, and where did you get hung up on, and then very quietly walk me through it so I understood it, not rushing through it, and now Ms. Elizabeth, You know, if you don't make 3 mistake a day, their is some thing wrong with you, laughing in calm voice.
Elizabeth, I, made all my mistake in 1st 17 years, and look where I, am now. You learn from you mistake, and admit to them, and always keep GOD at your Helm and you will do great.
Ms. McKeigh said every one of the Seven, (7) Division's made a profit, and Five, (5) out of Seven, (7) divisions said by 12/31/16, they will have excess bunkers for other divisions if needed...The Atlantic and South Africa divisions, have the furthest to travel and at the time (FOBS), did not take out enough bunkers, when chartering paperwork was signed.
For the Next 3 years, Five, (5) out of Seven, (7) divisions will have those excess bunkers on hand so that we don't have to go to outside vendors and buy more at higher prices, & Not that we can't afford it, but why pay it.
(FOBS) had had to re-adjust it needs for more ships for the 2016/2017 Year to combat the demand issue of cargoes that now outrank ships we have in operations, with that we now are looking at 6.1 ratio demand vs 5.1 ratio demand in the Second, (2nd) Quarter of 2016, Due to lower chartering rates by -65% and lower bunkers by -40% and lower cargo rates, for all Six (6) division.

Also Board announced that Mr. John C. Carter, will be promoted from Vice President of Leasing Division to President of the McCaughrin Maritime Global - China, a Country which has #9,100 of coastal seafront ports, is One of McCaughrin's Largest global strategic strength with the full usage in every port in the region, big enough for #75,500 dwt Panamax, #170,000 dwt Cape Sizes bulkers and Soon Chinamax bulk carriers with a #400,000 dead weight carrying capacity and capacity for #38,000 / 20' containers.

Ms. Elizabeth G. McKeigh, Vice President of Corporate Operation Affairs for McCaughrin Maritime Global - Med, McCaughrin Maritime Global UAE, Mr. John C. Carter, Executive Vice President of McCaughrin Maritime Global - China, McCaughrin Maritime Global - Malaysia, and Ten, (10) MMMSI Board of Directors.

Ms. McKeigh said "Demand is Outs Pacing Supply of MMMSI Thirty, (34) Charter Capesize tonnages in Three Region of Asia, and We will be adding more of these charter Cape Size of #170,000 dwt in Third, (3rd) & Fourth, (4th) Quarter of 2016, To balance that out, as We are looking at Fifty (50%) In Bulk Cargo and Fifty, (50%) in Container Market in The World, Right now we are achieving that in Asia.
Ms McKeigh said "Indonesia Division" is up 284% of The Second (2nd) Quarter Over the Second Quarter of 2015, by Adding right mix of ships, and thus adding Thirty (38%) more revenue by those ships outside of sand ships that can only run with sand to Hong Kong, and those ship cant not re-load with any cargo back per its movement agreement. These demand for other cargoes that MMMSI has been passing up, & Thus they need specific ships and the #350,000 dwt Chinamax was too big for their demands, and So were borrowing two (2) #170,000 dwt Cape Size Bulkers from UAE Division for Next Two, (2) years, and running extra sand tonnages and other bulk cargoes in revenue position with other ships in region when empty.
McKeigh said we moved per Mr. McCaughrin instruction a #400,000 dwt Chinamax Bulkers to its New Home: McCaughrin Maritime Global - South Africa, Where it will continue hauling coal from South Africa to China and Now will Start Hauling New Cargo of 20' Empty Containers From China to South Africa. Ms. McKeigh said McCaughrin Maritime Global - Atlantic Division, Which until recently was, Renamed from McCaughrin Maritime Global, On June 26, 2016 to McCaughrin Maritime Global - Atlantic, and McCaughrin Maritime Global - South Africa, Both New Division, Will be announcing Its First, (1st) Quarter Result in The Third (3rd) Quarters, MMMSI Overseas Foreign Subsidiary Performance Results 2016 in Hamilton, Bermuda on October 12, 2016.
MMMSI Board of Directors received a "purchase intent" to buy lock-stock and barrell McCaughrin Maritime Marine Systems., Inc., (MMMSI-MMMU), MMMSI World Headquarters Building in Wayne, Michigan, & Its Five, (5) Foreign Overseas Subsidiary for $300 A Share for Each of its Preferred Shares for $1.8B in Total, Is Being turned down as too inadequate offer.

McCaughrin, 66, Who is getting up to speed day by day in learning how to walk again after a serious slip and fall accident in January 2014 that left him paralyzed for 8 months, Spent 12 months in traction His various 10 Specialist say we are not giving anyone any time table on Mr. McCaughrin return to his company this year it upon him at this point while he at Garden City Hospital & Sport Rehabilitation center for long terms. Today it's a showplace for international dignitary who come from all over the world to come and enjoy.
Mr. McCaughrin, has a limo pick them at airport, train station, take them out for dinner, entertainment, and them put them up in swanky hotel, all compliments of MMMSI.
Mr. McCaughrin, At the age of forty, (47) seven years of age when most people are preparing for retirement, Mr. McCaughrin, Was establishing his second (2) career, going into Water Transportation. Before doing so. Mr. McCaughrin wanted to go back to College, and extended his education beyond his two years college degree, and go for his Four, (4) Year Bachelor of Business Degree, B.B.A.

McCaughrin, 66, Who is getting up to speed day by day in learning how to walk again after a serious slip and fall accident in January 2014 that left him paralyzed for 8 months, Spent 12 months in traction His various 10 Specialist say we are not giving anyone any time table on Mr. McCaughrin return to his company this year it upon him at this point while he at Garden City Hospital & Sport Rehabilitation center for long terms. Mr. McCaughrin still having problem with his legs and is wearing a brace on his left leg
